ABOUT ME
For the past eight years, I've helped people buy and sell homes across the Kawartha Lakes area — waterfront properties, rural properties, and homes for people moving into a new stage of life. I work with a lot of downsizers and seniors making a big transition, and with buyers relocating from the GTA who are looking for something different. Whatever brought you here, my job is to make the process feel manageable, not overwhelming.
My focus is on waterfront, rural, and lifestyle properties around Buckhorn Lake, the Trent-Severn Waterway, and the wider Kawartha Lakes region. These aren't always straightforward transactions — septic systems, shoreline rules, seasonal access, well water — and I make sure you understand what you're getting into before you commit, not after.
